Step One: Head To Your Google Business Profile & Find Your Most Recent Reviews
Step Two: Click into the Text Field Below The Review, and Type Your Response
In the text field below your review, it will allow you to then post your response to the client. Once typed, click Post Reply.
Step Four: Once Your Google Review is Posted, You Can Edit
Once you’ve replied to your client’s review, you have the ability to then edit or delete your reply. Then you’re done!
