HOW TO GET YOUR CLIENTS TO LEAVE A GOOGLE REVIEW
Why Should I Urge My Customers or Clients to Leave A Google Review?
Google reviews allow your business to:
- Increase brand trust,
- Help clients research,
- Client feedback,
- Improve click-through rate,
- Increase exposure,
- Improve local SEO,
- Improve ranking,
- Increase conversion.
Step One: Head To Your Google Business Profile
Step Two: Find Your Google Review Form Link
On your home dashboard, find “Get your first review now”. Click “Share Review Form”
Step Three: Share Your Google Review Link to Your Clients or Customers
Google will then allow you to email and share a link to your clients or customers to gain a business review from them.
Google will now allow you to specify what area your business is looking to serve in (eg. London, Liverpool, USA).
Step Four: Copy and Paste The Google Link to Your Customers or Clients
If you’ve selected “Click to Copy Link” Google will copy the link to your clipboard. Here you can paste the link anywhere (like a message) to give to your client.
OR Step Five: Email Your Google Link to Your Customers or Clients
If you’ve selected “Share Via Email”, Google will launch your email client with a pre-written email that you can send to your clients to get a review.
Step Six: Wait For Them to Leave You a Google Review
Once you’ve shared your review link with your client, wait for them to leave you a review. Here your client can give you a star rating, detail their experience or leave a photo.
Well done! You’ve successfully shared your review link to gain Google reviews from your clients.
